I Wanna Test The Game How to Beat Zenithega
Clear-focused notes for the secret boss after Third Eye unlock.
This page assumes you already unlocked the fight via Secret Boss / Third Eye. Zenithega is the optional post-Sagat secret boss added in mid-2026 updates. Use a fresh save, a leveled gun, and clean parry timing.
Before the arena
- Confirm Third Eye is purchased and usable (Third Eye guide).
- Top off gun levels—long phases punish low DPS (Gun Upgrades).
- Warm up Sagat-style fireball parries; Zenithega reuses “read or die” pressure.
- Expect beta roughness: shields, force fields, and waits between punish windows (community attempts often mention camping / blocking phases).
- Set a save at the last station you trust—Retry reloads that pad, not mid-fight progress.
Loadout baseline
Community clears rarely happen on a weak gun. If Sagat already felt like a DPS check, Zenithega will feel worse. Visit the shop until your gun tier matches what you used for Sagat—or higher. Third Eye does not replace gun damage; it only swaps the boss.
Keep Shift Lock off unless you already cleared Sagat comfortably without it. Camera width matters when orbs or projectiles fill the screen.
Phase 1 — reads and spacing
Phase 1 teaches whether you can parry under pressure. Projectile streams behave like advanced Sagat fireballs: one timed crouch per shot, reset between parries, never hold crouch hoping for invulnerability.
When Zenithega commits to forward rush or uppercut-style movement, jump from platform edges rather than crouching into the hitbox. Players who beat Sagat by edge-spacing should reuse that habit here.
Name the attack that killed you after every death—“early crouch,” “jumped too late,” “shot during parry lockout.” One fix per attempt beats fifty blind Retries.
Phase 2 — shields and punish windows
Phase 2 is where early Version ~9405 footage looked unfair. Shields and force-field segments force you to wait instead of shooting. Panic DPS into a shield wastes ammo and opens you to follow-up patterns.
Watch the embedded clear video for the rhythm: block or survive the shield beat, identify the opening, then dump gun damage in the short punish window. Later Version ~9636 clears suggest this phase became more consistent after patches—compare your client to Updates if openings feel random.
If Phase 2 loops feel endless, note whether you are dying during the shield or after it breaks. Those are different fixes: patience during shield, spacing after break.
Mid-article clear video
The embedded “Defeating Zenithega” recording is a real clear reference. Watch once for structure, once muted while calling responses aloud, then attempt live with a save.
Practice routine (30 minutes)
- Five minutes — Sagat fireball parry warmup in a safe area or earlier stage.
- Ten minutes — Phase 1 only: enter arena, survive until first transition, Retry, repeat.
- Ten minutes — Phase 2 shield observation: do not greed damage; survive two full shield cycles.
- Five minutes — Full attempt with notes on version/build if you fail.
Stop after two tilt deaths in a row—drill How to Parry instead of mashing Retry.
Common failure modes
- Spending Souls on Third Eye before your gun/parry basics are ready
- Forgetting to activate Third Eye before arena entry
- Treating shield phases as DPS races instead of wait-and-punish cycles
- Emotional Retry loops without a station behind you
- Shooting during parry animation lockout (same rule as post-patch Sagat)
After the clear
Tick the secret boss box on the stage checklist. Revisit All Traps if new hazards shipped with the same patch wave. For normal campaign closure without the secret fight, the Full Walkthrough and Sagat guide remain enough.
Report softlocks or invisible hitboxes on Discord via Links—secret bosses in betas often get hotfixed after tester reports.

Frequently Asked Questions
Quick answers to the most common questions.
Do I fight Zenithega before Sagat?
No. Unlock requires beating Sagat and buying Third Eye with Souls first.
Is there a verified clear?
Yes—community clear videos exist for later versions; the page embeds one.
Why does the boss keep shielding?
Shield/force-field phases are part of the pattern—wait for punish windows instead of panic DPS.
Should I use scripts?
Not recommended. Ban risk and you will not learn the patterns—see Scripts.
How long does a typical clear take?
Depends on gun level and patch build—expect a longer fight than Sagat even on skilled runs.
Can I leave mid-fight and keep progress?
No—use Retry to reload your last save station outside the arena flow.
